A self catering holiday cottage that sleeps 14, Coswyn Barn was converted in 2004 into a spacious and comfortable 7 bedroom accommodation. For those interested take a look at the restoration. It took a lot of hard work but we got there; mixing the best of the old barn with today’s modern styles and conveniences. This is all and more of what you’d expect from any five star holiday accommodations – it is truly luxurious.

There is ample of private parking, your own private garden and a shared heated swimming pool. Coswyn Barn is also in walking distance of a local pub. Godrevy beach is 15 minutes in the car, Hayle is the closest town also 15 minutes in the car and has a large Co-op, Next, M&S, Boots and many other local shops.

Coswyn Barn - Downstairs Accommodation:

The granite arch above the front door has a face carved in the middle which is believed to be circa 1250, this leads to the double height, vast, entrance hall with wide oak staircase leading to a galleried landing, a granite arch leads into the triple aspect sitting room, and a further door leads to the large modern open plan spacious kitchen with a table to seat 14. Double doors from the kitchen lead outside to one of the two paved courtyards, perfect for al-fresco dinning and enjoying a glass of wine in the tranquil surroundings. The back hall leads to 2 of the 7 bedrooms - a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a wet room.

Coswyn Barn Upstairs Accommodation:

The oak stairs lead to the remaining 5 of the 7 bedrooms, 3 twins, 1 with facilities and 2 en-suite double bedrooms. The master double bedroom has a 6 foot by 6 foot bed with en-suite – whoever books the holiday may want to quickly reserve this room! Along the main landing there are 2 further bathrooms one with a luxurious red cast bath; double doors from the landing lead outside to the second paved courtyard
